Before joining DWM in 2024, Marion worked for a variety of companies in the fields of recruiting, sales and operations in Georgia, and before that, in the legal department for the City of Munich.
Marion holds a BA in Romance philology from LMU Munich and an LLB in public law through a dual study program of the City of Munich and FOM Munich. She speaks German, English, Spanish and Georgian.
