Carolina Lozada

Carolina joined the DWM Latin America Private Credit team in 2017 and brings extensive experience in rating and consultancy. She worked at Microfinanza Rating and Pacific Credit Rating, where she carried out credit and social ratings of financial institutions, microfinance institutions and issuers from a variety of economic sectors. Carolina has participated in consultancies for financial and microfinance institutions in South America on issues related to market research, feasibility studies, and strategic, financial and operational planning.

Carolina graduated as a commercial engineer with major in financial management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and received a master's of management with distinction in agribusiness at Massey University in New Zealand. She was an awardee of the New Zealand Aid Development Scholarship.
