Lucy joined DWM in 2025 with nearly a decade of experience in the financial sector across East Africa. Her expertise spans impact investing, SME lending, corporate finance, business strategy, and business intelligence. Prior to joining DWM, she was an impact investing fund manager for Bamboo Capital Partners, where she focused on deploying capital in the financial inclusion, agriculture, and renewable energy sectors.

Lucy holds a BSc in actuarial science from Maseno University. She is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst and a CFA Level 2 candidate. She is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
