Zinaida has more than 15 years of experience in inclusive finance across Eastern Europe, Central Asia & the Caucasus (EECAC) including deal sourcing, financial risk analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring. Her origination and private credit portfolio experience includes nine years at responsAbility Investment AG, Switzerland, and energy efficiency and green lending projects for the Global Climate Partnership Fund.

Zinaida has led business development, due diligence, and the investment process for private credit facilities for microfinance, energy efficiency, and agriculture in countries including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Bosnia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Morocco, Russia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Zambia, and others. She has also been involved in preparation of investment recommendations for investment vehicles based in Europe and in the US.

Zinaida holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Voronezh State University, Russia, a master’s degree in political economy and international relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Political Economy, and a double master’s degree in international business, finance and strategy with a special course in development finance and country risk analysis from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), France. Zinaida is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English, French and Ukrainian.
